WHO WE NEED:

• At least Diploma in Land Survey, Geomatics, Geoinformatics or equivalent

• At least five (5) year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English

• Required Skill(s): Ms. Office, AutoCad, CDS

• Has previous experience in a licensed land surveying firm

• Is specialized in engineering, topographical, pre-computational or equivalent

• Has a practical knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, requirements, policies and procedures from authorities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Check above returns for compliance with client requests and survey plan requirements

• Receive field returns and provides calculations (field book, tachy book) or data processing services required to facilitate the drafting of any needed plans.

• Assist with the preparation of preliminary and final plans for submission to the local councils and PTG

• Assist in ensuring proper compliance with the industry standards and regulations by all the drafting staffs in the preparation of all plans

• Understand and perform document preparation, archiving processes or control functions in accordance with the on-site procedures.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and related government authorities related to the site and technical matters
